POWER ACCESS to a 110-volt outlet within 100' of the construction site. There is a $50 charge for using our generator.
ADEQUATE WORKING SPACE - Please allow at least 18" around the perimeter of the building.
Permits, zoning or covenant searches are NOT provided
by BARNCO.
Sites should be clean and level. We use masonry supports
to level building up to 12" difference in your terrain.
Leveling over 12" may require an additional charge.
